In-Store Returns and Exchanges
You may always return or exchange
regular priced merchandise purchased online at Mesh within 30 days of the
ship date. Just bring your original invoice, and the unwashed, unworn, or
defective merchandise with tags in place to any one of our locations and we
will be happy to return or exchange it for something else. Please note
that sale merchandise and local designer items may not be returned or
exchanged.
Mail-In Returns
For a Store Credit:
For
store credit, please contact us at mesh_boutique@yahoo.com. Place the
merchandise in a box with your original invoice and tags, then send the box
back to us via insured mail to the address below. A store credit will be
issued and sent to your billing address within 14 business days upon
receipt.
For Refunds:
For
a refund, please contact us at mesh_boutique@yahoo.com. Include the
invoice along with your tagged merchandise in a box and ship it to the
address below via insured mail. The purchase will be refunded back to the
original card the purchase was made from within 14 business days upon
receipt.
A few things you should know about returns and exchanges:
- All
returned merchandise must be accompanied with original invoice.
- All returned merchandise must have the tags in place.
- We
will not accept exchanges or refunds on merchandise that has been worn
or washed.
- We
do not except exchanges or refunds on gift cards.
Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges
It is the responsibility of the
customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning or
exchanging.
However,
if you receive merchandise from Mesh that is incorrect or damaged upon
arrival, we will happily refund the return shipping cost to your credit
card. Please be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt with your
returned merchandise in order to be reimbursed.
